Refund & Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to request a return: Contact us at rimjak7.7@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Do not send items back without first contacting us — unrequested returns will not be accepted.
Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.
Restocking fee: All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Non-refundable items: Shipping Protection is non-refundable. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, return shipping will be covered by us.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method, minus the restocking fee. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.
EU customers: If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under the EU cooling-off period, for any reason. Standard return conditions apply.
US customers: If you are located in the United States, please note that our return policy is 14 days from the date of delivery. Restocking fees and return shipping costs apply as outlined above. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately and we will make it right at no additional cost to you.
